  • E-3 Specialty Occupation Workers from Australia

  • F-1 Student - 

  • H1B Specialty Occupation - a specialty occupation, services of exceptional merit and ability relating to a Department of Defense (DOD) cooperative research and development project, or services as a fashion model of distinguished merit or ability

  • H-3 Nonimmigrant Trainee or Special Education Exchange Visitor -  receive training in any field of endeavor not available in the alien’s home country or participate in a special education exchange visitor training program  

  • L-1A Intracompany Transferee Executive or Manager - Have a qualifying relationship with a foreign company and doing business as an employer in the United States

  • O-1 Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement - individuals with an extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, or athletics, in the arts or extraordinary achievement in motion picture or television industry

  • P-1 Athlete/Member of an Internationally Recognized Entertainment Group -  professional athlete or an athlete or coach, as part of a team or franchise 

  • R-1 Temporary Nonimmigrant Religious Workers - an alien who is coming to the United States temporarily to be employed as a minister or in another religious vocation or occupation by a non-profit religious organization or its affiliates in the United States

  • TN NAFTA Professionals - Canadian and Mexican citizens to seek temporary entry into the United States to engage in business activities at a professional level
