Attorney Kisuk Paek has been exclusively practicing immigration law since 2008.  Attorney Paek provides immigration counsel and representation for employers, employees, investors, students, and individuals in employment/investment/family-based immigration.  Ms. Paek works with businesses and employees in obtaining temporary work visas (H-1B, E-1/E-2, L-1, O, P, R, TN) and permanent residence for individuals such as professionals (EB-2, EB-3), executives (EB-1), investors (EB-5), entertainers, registered nurses, individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, etc.  Ms. Paek also defends non-citizens in Deportation/Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Court including application for applicable waivers.

Ms. Paek's unique background encompassing all areas of immigration gives clients the benefit of expertise from the basic application to complex litigation in the Immigration Court.  

 

Prior to practicing Immigration Law, Ms. Paek served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Harrisburg, Illinois for two years.
